Enterprise Expands Western Reach with New Terminals

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) has further solidified its presence in the Western U.S. with the completion of the second phase of its Texas Western Products System (TW Products System).

The first phase, a Permian Basin terminal in Gaines County, Texas, commenced operations earlier this year, providing 900,000 barrels of storage capacity for gasoline and diesel, along with a daily truck loading capacity of 10,000 barrels.

The newly operational second phase, located in Grand County, Utah, offers 400,000 barrels of storage and a daily truck loading capacity of 20,000 barrels. This strategic location enables the terminal to serve the growing markets of Grand Junction, Colorado, and Moab, Utah.

In conjunction with three other terminals in Texas and New Mexico, the TW Products System now boasts a total storage capacity of 1.5 million barrels and a combined loading capacity of 63,000 barrels per day.

To efficiently supply these terminals, Enterprise is adapting segments of its Chaparral and Mid-America natural gas liquids (NGLs) pipeline systems to accommodate refined products. By implementing a sophisticated batched delivery system, the company will seamlessly transport mixed NGLs, NGL purity products, gasoline, and diesel.
